By downloading, installing, or using the LPI Lab application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Copy, distribute, or resell any exam questions or content provided within the App.
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Third-Party Advertisements

The App is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob.

  • Ad Content: Advertisements are served by third parties. The developers of LPI Lab do not personally endorse the products or services featured in these advertisements.
  • External Links: Clicking on an advertisement may direct you to a third-party website or service. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App and its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the exam questions, answers, or simulations are error-free or reflect the exact content of the official Linux Professional Institute (LPI) exams.

Use of this App does not guarantee a passing score on any official certification exam.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of LPI Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to exam failure, loss of data, or device malfunction.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software code, is the property of the App developers or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

"LPIC" is a registered trademark of the Linux Professional Institute ; this App is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the LPI.

7. Future Features and Payments

We reserve the right to introduce premium features or "Pro" versions of the App in the future which may require payment or subscriptions.

Any such transactions will be processed through the Google Play Store's billing system.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not collect personal data unless explicitly provided by you for features such as progress syncing, feedback, or as required by third-party advertising SDKs.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
